Byteflies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the company's commercial strategy and drive revenue growth. The CCO will play a critical role in expanding Byteflies' market presence and forging strategic partnerships. You will build and scale the commercial team and optimize sales and marketing efforts to capitalize on the vast potential of wearable health monitoring technology.

- Lead the sales and marketing teams to establish Byteflies as a global leader in wearable health monitoring solutions, including defining target markets, customer segments, and pricing strategies.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to drive product adoption and business development. Our ambition is to change healthcare across the world: you’ll identify international markets, partners and drive and execute our international go-to-market approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings, ensuring they meet market demands and stay ahead of competitive trends.
- Drive the development of marketing campaigns, branding, and communication strategies to effectively position Byteflies' products and solutions in the market.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the commercial team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and a passion for driving transformative change in the healthcare landscape.
- Proven track record of success in a (senior) commercial leadership role within a technology-focused healthcare or biomedical company, with a strong emphasis on commercialization and revenue growth. You know how to build an efficient commercial machine and execute on our ambitious revenue goals.
- International (sales/commercial) experience is a must. You have experience to drive and execute an international go-to-market strategy.
- You know what it means to build and work in a start-up/scale-up environment. You are hungry and focussed on achieving ambitious results.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, wearable technology, and digital health trends is a plus.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to forge and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive informed decision-making.
The Chief Commercial Officer will be based at Byteflies' headquarters in Belgium, with travel required to meet with partners, attend industry events, and engage with customers globally. Working remotely is part of the deal, but this role requires regular in office presence as well.
