Customer Support Expert

Byteflies brings vital signs from the patient’s home directly to you. Hassle free. We want to assist and support our customers in the best way possible. That’s why we are looking to add a support superstar to our team.

Your main responsibility will be to handle incoming inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-notch customer support. You will work closely with other teams within Byteflies to make sure customer needs are met and exceeded. 

Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will be key in delivering a positive customer experience.

As the primary contact for our customers you will

  • Through various channels, both by phone and in writing, ensure excellent service delivery and customer experience. You respond promptly to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Be a good listener, you ask the right questions, and you think proactively with the customer. Your listening skills and clear communication style are your tools to quickly identify the problem or customer need.
  • Articulate solutions and advice efficiently and purposefully. For complex problems, you liaise with other colleagues and experts.
  • Ensure accurate registration and handling according to existing processes and, where necessary, pass on relevant information to other departments.
  • Enjoy taking initiative and thinking about future improvements.

  • Are you fluent in Dutch, French and English?

  • Do you like to know the ins and outs of our products and service offering and use that expertise to assist our customers?
  • Do you like admin and accurate logging of information? Do you have attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy? Do you like to put the finishing touches on things?
  • Are you able to multi-task (on some level) and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment?
  • Are you  an organizational and administrative talent? 
  • Do you already have experience in customer support?
